The expansion of Cook Out restaurants has continued with the opening of a new Bristol restaurant in Tennessee to start 2025.

The popular fast-food chain officially opened its newest location in Bristol, TN, in early January 2025 on Volunteer Parkway, occupying the site of a former Long John Silver’s.

The transformation of this location from a seafood chain to a popular fast-food burger joint represents a change in the local dining landscape.

Cook Out began renovations on the former Long John Silver’s building in late 2024, with drive-thru service opening on January 2, 2025.

This expansion is part of Cook Out’s growth strategy, after the fast-food chain also launched North Carolina venues in Raeford, Creedmore and Charlotte.

Customers can now enjoy Cook Out’s signature menu items, including over 40 fresh shake flavors, burgers, and hot dogs at this new establishment.

Cook Out Bristol Location & Information

The new Bristol, TN, restaurant is located at 1316 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620.

The restaurant occupies the site of a former Long John Silver’s seafood restaurant. It is now home to a Cook Out drive-thru service with a lobby Service expected to start in February 2025.

The restaurant was opened on Friday, December 27 and is expected add significantly to the job opportunities in Creedmoor.

The new Cook Out location operates with the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 AM
  • Friday and Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 AM
  • Sunday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 AM

At Cook Out, customers can enjoy a variety of delicious options that cater to different tastes.

The full Cook Out Bristol menu includes the chain’s signature menu items, including burgers, BBQ, chicken options, and over 40 milkshake flavors.

Prices are consistent with other locations, ranging from $1.99 to $5.99 for most items.
